Powerful Tips for Preventing Obesity in Your Kids #11 – 60 Minutes of Daily Physical Activity9/2/2015
Children and adolescents should engage in 60 or more minutes of physical activity daily. Most of this time should include moderate-intensity aerobic activity; however, at least 3 of the days should include some vigorous -intensity physical activity as well.
